Dear Sir, I am writing to express my concern, over the accommodation which has been provided to me by Fortune College. I am a newly enrolled student, residing in Room #401. However, I am not pleased with the current accommodation due to various reasons which I will entail below. The situation is having an adverse impact on my work. The room is located on the 3rd floor of the building, which apparently seemed like an ideal location at first, since its relatively at the corner, and away from all the noise. What I learnt later was that my room mate is a very social person and loves to hang out with friends and invites them over at the slightest opportunity. This in turn intrudes my privacy, and I am unable to complete my assignments or prepare for new ones. I will appreciate if you can look into this matter and extend your usual support by providing me an alternate arrangement, at the 3rd Floor maybe with someone who is bit studious. It will be appreciated if you can arrange a prior meeting with the individual who will be my future room mate so that I can openly express my requirements and make a sound decision with your help.
