I would like to bring to your notice the unpleasent experience while my one week stay in your hotel. The day I entered the city, I could feel sudden variations in the weather. Because of such unusual behaviour outside, the temperature inside the room was not adequate which cretaed some uneasiness.
The temperature inside the room was not adapting the outside temperature. There were instances where the room temperature was hot eventhough the outside temperature was not cold and vice-versa. I had to struggle to keep my body temperature levels normal.
The struggle started wherein, I had to call the Service Desk team to check and modify the temperature as the entire hotel is centrally controlled. In every 1 hour, I had to ring the person to help and adjust the temperature. This process was very frustating and tiring. After so much backwards and forwards, I requested to move into a non-air condition room wherein, I can open the windows and accordingly adjust as per the temperature.
After going through the experience, I will like to make a suggestion wherein please eliminate the hotel from centralised cooling system to independent cooling systems which can be controlled by the guests and will make the guest more comfortable in the room. I hope you will take this feedback in a more positive way.
