Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing to you express my appreciation for the extra effort exhibited by one of your staff. Their attention to my needs improved my experience with your hotel tremendously. Allow to elaborate on what happened. My name is Riddhi Prajapati. I stayed in your hotel from 14th April to 16th April in room number 301. Reason for my stayed in your hotel was for I was there to attend business meeting and your resort is nearest my conference location. Somehow during my stay I lost my vital document while I am having dinner. I realize when I came back to my room. I immediately inform your manager about my well beings. He straight away rush the footage room and try to find out my documents through the CCTV footage. And in footage he found the document fall into floor. He bring that document to me and I feel so relived. I was astonished and pleasantly surprise by his concerned. I am grateful if you could convey my gratitude to him. Also, please give him a gift as a token of thank you from my side. I will definitely stayed in your hotel in future. Thanking you once again. Yours faithfully, Riddhi.
