Dear Mr. Brown, My name is Sarvajyoth. I am one of the new tenants residing in your basement. I am writing to complain you about the nuisance faced by me as a consequence of heavy rainfall and strong wind in the recent times. As a result of detrimental weather conditions, the window of my bedroom has broken. In addition, water was filled inside my room which ruined the paintings on the wall. Although, I was managing the situation my covering the window with a curtain, but it also got drenched with rain water the other day. Furthermore, my room gets cool by the wind which caused me fever. It will be great if you fix the new window with blinds in order to eliminate the menace tackled by me or, otherwise, i will be left with no choice of complaining the relevant authorities.
