Dear Sir or Madam, I stumbled upon your advertisement regarding the call for volunteers, and I would be glad to offer my services for your hospital. I was born at this very hospital and have been visiting there since my childhood. Even my first daughter was born there, three years ago, as I had a special bond with this place. Although, I am a full time software engineer, but I do have some spare hours on my clock. I would be honored to provide my free assistance in the Information Technology department of the hospital, because of my expertise, I believe the hospital will receive benefits from my experience. I can join in from next week, if no meeting gets scheduled on that day. I would prefer to volunteer three hours after my shift, that would be 7pm to 10pm, but if not convenient, I rather do it on Saturdays and Sundays. I look forward to hearing from you.
