Dear Manager, I am writing about the problem I faced while I was on a night stay in one of the rooms at your hotel. On 13th of August, I booked a suite for a single night stay in room number 305 located at the 3rd floor. We faced a problem upon entering the room wherein when we tried to switch on the Air conditioner it was not powering on. We initially thought it was something to do with low voltage but upon enquiring in next room there does not seem to be any such issue. We quickly informed the situation to one of your hotel staff and he assured he would look into the problem and provide a fix as soon as possible. It was only after 2 hours, the hotel staff returned knocking the door of my room stating that a technician would arrive to repair the Air conditioner. Inspite of repeated complaints, there was no proper response from the hotel staff and even we insisting on changing the room due to the problem we faced in the room. It would be appropriate if you could repay the room rent partial/full due to the hinderance caused during the stay. Yours Sincerely, Srinivasan
