Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to inform you that I could not board the flight SJ061 from Ahmedabad to Muscat due to late annoucement of change is departure gate despite of checked in done by me as per schedule. Let me introduce myself, I am Anand Rathod and I am frequent flyer of your flights. As I am working in Muscat and being the reason I need to traveled a lot between Ahmedabad to Muscat and vice versa. Everytime I had chose your services for my trip and I was really happy with the services provided by Spicejet. So for this time also I have booked my flight from Ahmedabad to Muscat departing on 27 August 2021 from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Stadium and departure time was 2130 and I have arrived the airport 3 hours prior to departure time. It was a Friday and despite of working day there were plenty of patients waiting in que for Luggauge checkin and it took me around 2 hours to clear the lugguage and security check-in and collected my boarding pass. As per boarding pass I need to go to gate 2 to board the flight but the whole check-in procedure was really tiring and made me exhausted. So I went to cafeteria in Duty Free department to unwind myself and I have checked the flight status on screens which showed that flight will arrive at gate 2 so I went to bathroom and came back in 10 mins and saw that the departure gate is change from 2 to 10 and there was no official annoucement of it. By that time there was 5 mins left to reach the gate and do checkin at gate. despite of having less time I ran towards gate 10 but by the time I reached the gate, gate was closed and I tried to explain the situation to the staffs present there but they could not help me to allow to board the flight and I missed my flight. I would like you reschedule my booking for the next flight as I need to reach Muscat before 29th August 2021. Thanking you for your understanding and waiting for your kind response.
