Dear Sir or Madam, I’m writing to request your help in recovering a missing bag. I returned yesterday from London to Sydney on Qantas flight QF 123. On landing there was some delay in leaving the aircraft and an elderly passenger needed some help. I was carrying my cabin bag at the time but put it down on the seat (A 23) while I helped this person. I believe I then left the bag on the seat when we left the airplane. The bag is black in colour with a red and gold ‘Giovanni’ brand name on the side. It contains a novel I was reading on the plane as well as some important documents related to my marketing work for the Australian Tourism Agency.
