Dear Mr. John, I hope you are doing well. My name is Raju and I am currently doing diploma in Mechanical. Last week during the lab session, I have lost my identification card. I have searched the entire place but I couldn't find it. Everyday without this card, I couldn't able to scan the auto entry attendance. I am doing it manually in admin office which is time consuming. The exams are coming in two weeks time and I need to take number of books from the library for reference. As per the college policy, it is not possible to loan the books without card. I feel so stressful because I am not able to complete my assignments without reference books. I would be so grateful if you can arrange for a new card as early as possible.
