Having academic life is not enjoyable for you as I know your personality. You like to work on real project, and you can’t see it in the college. As you are passionate to solve real problems, university doesn’t provide practical course for your future. On the other hand, you are a hard-working person that I ever met, so getting a new job will improve your ability and skills. Also, gaining experience will help you to have more job opportunities instead of wasting your time in the college. You told me that you got a course about how to manage people.
