I am a regular customer to La'Risote restaurant and have been visiting from almost 10 years now. I was a big fan of farm fresh pizza served in your restaurant and I have recommended the same to many of my friends, but last Saturday I din't have best of my experience. The crust of the pizza which I ordered was overcooked and the base was really thick, it spoiled our mood completely and we left the food. Also, the service was really slow, we almost waited for over an hour.
First of all, I suggest that your chief chef must ensure that the base for all Pizzas served should be of consistent thickness that would help in baking pizza evenly and of same standards. Regarding long wait time, it can be reduced if you can start taking online booking through mobile applications, with advancements in technologies restaurant reservations system has also improved drastically which will definitely result in satisfied customer.
I request you to take my suggestions strongly which will help La'Risote to gain the same level of standards as it used to have few years back.
