Dear Sir, My name is Jasmeen Kaur and I have been a regular passenger of your bus company 'Libra' from last 6 months. I travel from Brampton to Caledon daily at 9 a. m in order to reach my workplace. Everything was running smoothly so far, however, over the last 2 weeks, the bus arrives almost half-an-hour at the bus stop than the designated time which is causing many problems to me and fellow travellers. Due to this, I am facing difficulties in reaching my workplace at time and I have also received a written warning letter from my manager to be punctual. This is affecting my job productivity and career adversly. Noth only this, waiting at the stop for bus in the extreme weather conditions further exacerbates the situation. I would request you to take some immediate actions to resolve this matter. The schedule and routes of buses should be followed and monitored strictly. Morever, it would be great if frequency of buses from Van Kirk stop in Brampton to Square Centre at Caledon can be increased so working professionals can get some relief.
