I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter for the size 8. However, when my daughter tried both the shoes, she was not comfortable walking as the shoe fit was different than what I ordered. This disappointed my daughter and made me upset. I would request you to consider a replacement of the shoes with the right size mentioned earlier. Also, it would be great if you can tighten the quality checks at your end before the product is shipped to customers.
