I am writing this letter with respect to a concern I have already raised to the customer care team telephonically. I had recently purchased a dining table from your renowned shop and was expecting a phenomenal service as I have heard of from friends who have purchased from your shop too.
I am facing an issue with the sharp edges of the tabletop which I had explicitly asked to be trimmed to rounded before delivery. However, the same has somehow gone unseen at your end before dispatch. Moreover, my daughter has hurt her hand severely while playing around it being unaware of this defect in the product.
Despite rigorous follow-ups over your chat and call support, I have still not received a solution to this. I was simply requesting to send an expert either to fix the tabletop at my place or get it picked, repaired, and sent back at the earliest.
I would really appreciate it if a brand like yours takes care of customer satisfaction even after the sale is made.
