Dear sir or madam, I am writing this letter to inform you about the internet package which i bought for my home, I am bound to write this letter because i am quite uncertain of decision of selecting your company to provide for facilities i need. As we discussed before starting this plan I needed an internet connection with good speed. As I work from home and manage my work online I always need a high speed internet connection. Your internet crash down several times a day, either its not working at all or the speed is so slow that it takes me hours to finish up one single chore I do. this is affecting my work and day to day life.
