Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in connection with recent meeting which was held on at “Swagath Hotel”. I extend my gratuity to your team, they provide excellent support to grand success this big event.
I would like to share with you some feedback which I received from audience of that meeting. Firstly, they like the way your staff receiving at reception and throughout the meeting they provided excellent support whenever we need. Also, the location of the hotel easily accessible for all kind transportation actually that is our first deciding factor to select this hotel.
However, extremely disappointed with the food served in lunch. The items are too cold and there is no much varieties in lunch Manu. Actually, we ordered buffet style lunch with vegg and non-vegg ietms for the 250 members. Due to insufficient non-vegg food some of the members left without lunch. Also, it has not cooked properly it has too salty and very spicy.
I would like to suggest hire a good chef who can have excellent cooking skils. If possible you can provide some training to chefs on what the local people most likely eat.
I hope this will help to improve in quality and testy dishes.
