Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Lauren Goutlab. I hold a credit card account in your bank from past 5 years. Today, I have received the card statement from the bank which shows miscellaneous expensive purchases made through my credit card. The below Listed items are the Unauthorized ones. First, $420 purchase at Ladenta Airport on 12th Feb. Second, $389 at MVR mall scotia Street on 15th Feb. lastly, $589 at Perfume Mania on 15th Feb as well. From last one month I have lost the card and never used the it for any purchases. These transactions are fraudulent as I have never visited these places on the mentioned dates. I would want to raise the fraudulent case on the mentioned payments and investigate on the case. It would be extremely helpful if you can delete these transactions on my account as I have not authorized to do. I dontwant to pay for these unsanctioned purchases.
