Dear sir/madam, I am a regular user of your transportation services and take your buses to travel to and from my office. I am writing this letter to grab your attention to the problems which I and some other commuters of my area are facing since few weeks due to your poor bus sevices. Firstly, the bus drivers are not at all punctual. That is, they do not arrive on the stop on their designated time. Because of this, I and other travellers reach late on our workplaces. Apart from this, a few buses do not arrive at all. Hence, sometimes we keep waiting and later on we have to hail a cab or taxi which is too expensive. To add on more grief, some buses are already so full that many times I have to board the congested bus and keep standing throughout the whole route which is very uncomfortable. I believe this would lose people's trust from your services. I would suggest you to appoint a team who can regularly check the timetable of buses as well as keep an eye on the punctuality of the bus drivers. Moreover it would be grateful if you add some extra buses so that commuters do not face any inconveniences in future while commuting.
