Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to let you know that recently I organized a work meeting in your facility which the participants were satisfied by the service you provided. However, there were some compliments about food you served for lunch. Let me explain the situation in more detail. Generally, the people who took part in the meeting were happy about behavior of the hotel staff. They were well-mannered very kind and friendly and everyone were comfortable to ask a question or made a request. there were some compliments about food, though. Our meeting was a quite big and we have some foreign participants as well as some vegetarian ones. Unfortunately, the menu was offering limited options. As a result, we managed to provide food from else where to fulfill taste of all our guests. Would you kindly make a reconsideration about food menu you offer in order to meet everyone’s taste?
