Dear sir or madam, I am writing this to give you the feedback about the impression by the attendees of the confrence arranged in your 'ohris restaurant' last weekend. Everyone appreciated the hospitality of the staff but they were depressed about the food served. Firstly, everyone encouraged the infrastructure of the hote and the decoration was captivating. Your staff was friendly and extremely helpfull. The confrence was so spacious and the cleanliness was maintained by the staff. In addition, the bouquet provided for welcoming the guest and ample area of parking was appreciable. The only regret was about the food, that was not upto our expected level. The people complained that the chicken was burned and food was overcooked. The guests were unsatisfied with main course. Apart, from these the desert was delicious. On the whole, i recommed you to take prompt action on your catering staff, ask them to taste it before serving it to the hall. Despite this your hotel was well known for its hospitality.
