Problem in public transportation

Dear Sir/Madam I am writing with regards to some issues about bus rapid transit service line number 1, Azadi to Enqelab station. Most buses in this line have at least 10 minutes delay, especially in the morning during peak hours. They are also crowded and it's almost impossible to find an empty seat. Furthermore, the vehicles are old and cannot provide proper ventilation inside the cabin. Most passengers are unsatisfied with this public transport service and complain about getting late for their work. Having to stand in the bus aisle due to lack of places to seat as well as poor air circulation makes people frustrated during their commute. I would like to suggest that you add new buses and run a more regular service on line number one. It would be a good idea to replace all, or at least a part of, worn vehicles with new ones if it is possible. I hope you will address these concerns as soon as possible. Yours faithfully, John Smith
