drp554435. Though, the television was delivered correctly, but the remote-control
for the T. V. was missing.
Although the television works, it has been very inconvenient to operate it without
the remote-control. I have an elderly mother who watches the television regularly
and it has been very difficult for her to manually operate it. Moreover, some of the
features like setting the picture resolution and quality of the audio are not accessible
without the remote. It has been three days since the television was delivered. Hence, I would like you to
send me a new remote control within two days at maximum. Please send me an
acknowledgment for this letter from your customer service as well.
