Dear Sir, I am Renuka Gandhare - potential employee of your company. I was selected as Drug safety associate and expected to join the organisation on 12 November. I am writing this letter to seek your permission to extent my joining due to some hospital emergency. Firstly, thanks for showing the fath on me by giving me the opportunity to work with you. This is great achievement for me. Unfortunately, last week when I was traveling back to home from office I was hit by car and my leg got factures though the break was minor but, doctor suggested me take at least a week rest, he asked me to bedridden for a week. Hence, it's physically impossible fore to join workplace on stipulated time. It would be greatful for me if you give me some more time till the recovery so I will start my work with fresh beginning.
