Dear Dr. Jones, I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to continue the part-time evening vocational course on Air Conditioner repair. As hard as it is for me to discontinue, I have to prioritize my responsibilities and deal with them. I sincerely hope that you will understand my situation once i explain it to you.
