Dear Dr. Jones, I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to continue the part-time evening vocational course on Air Conditioner repair. As hard as it is for me to discontinue, I have to prioritize my responsibilities and deal with them. I sincerely hope that you will understand my situation once i explain it to you. Let me explain my situation to you. As you might have been aware that I have recently became father of two twin girls, It has become much of a challenge, for my wife alone, to take care of both of them. Child care is out of question since we cannot afford given my current financial position. Hence I need to help my wife with daily chores and share her burden. Once i am past the current phrase I would like to continue my course as I am keen to add this skill to my resume. I hope you will be as supportive then as you were to me now. Yours sincerely, Abhinav
