Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to request a refund from your company for a black sequin dress I had purchased online last Friday. My order number 143, is a black sequin maxi dress which was placed last Friday via your official website. Since cash on delivery service was unavailable for this product, I had pre-paid for it through net banking. I received the package today morning and was disappointed to see a completely different product delivered. Instead of my original order, which is a black sequin dress, the product that has been delivered to me is a blue coloured jumpsuit with cut sleeves. I am not pleased with this. After contacting customer support, I was explained how the item has already been paid for hence, initiating a refund was not possible. Despite repeated clarifications, my complaint was not taken into account.
