Dear Sir, The objective of writing this letter is to let you know that I will take part in a training course at your college the next week. It is about six months advanced level Accounting course. I am planning to depart this week on Saturday, and most probably I will be arrived in Oslo in Sunday morning. Before I arrived, I just wanted to enquire a little information about accommodation, such as to my preference I would like to go for one bedroom dormitory with shared kitchen as this kind of place usually most appeals to me because price is reasonable. Besides it, I would really appreciate it, if you could give me some information about whether the college is located in walking distance from the dormitory or not. If not what kind of transportation I am going to take from the place where I am going to stay to the college and how much money I am expected to pay for it. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you very much. Yours Sincerely, Ughur Gasimov
