I am writing this letter to you in regarding my most recent unpleasent experience with food at your restaurant, Atithi.
Let me explain you in detail. I am one of the members of Canadian Women organisation. I and other members of organisation regularly meets at your restaurant to discuss latest news and activities. Our experience of food and services have been satisfactory till our last visit.
Even after waiting for about 30 minutes, we had received wrong meal and it was extremely unsavory because the food was burnt and uncooked. In addition, your staff's behavior was impolite and rude, when we have asked for another meal.
I would like to draw your attention towards my experience with food as well as your staff members. I am requesting you for full refund for that meal because it did not match up the standards.
