Dear Sir, You would recall that me and my family had a dinner at your restaurant on 17th January 2021. However, I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the cuisine as well as with the service from your staff. I am writing this letter to inform you about the reasons for dissatisfaction. Our family gathered at your eatery to celebrate the Birthday of my son.
