Dear Sir, I recently moved house to nearby city with the help of your movers company. This is to inform you that some of my stuffs were damaged in the move. I have booked for both packing and moving with your company to help me with my belongings. The travel time to the destination is about couple of hours so I booked a truck as early as possible. Shifting house was made last week with one of your employee as he was very helpful with both packing and moving everything went as per plan however, some of my belongings were damaged in the move which I noticed later. So the stuffs likemassager, laptop and speaker were damaged heavily it costs me a lot of money which I never expected this to happen. Though the damage was made from your side I wanted you to know that this is entirely your responsibility to take care of whereas, I have already raised a complaint against your employee whom helped me to move on that day. To conclude I request a compensation of 15% from my booking package for the damage made from your side. Let me know if the offer is considerable so that we can proceed further.
