Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inform you about the unfortunate experience I had when my family had dinner in your restaurant last Sunday. Unfortunately, there was no manager at that time to help resolve the issue.
I called last Thursday to make a reservation for a family of 4 and asked to be served dinner time at 07: 00 P. M. We arrived exactly on time but the restaurant was overbooked and we still had to wait for another 30 minutes.
After we were seated, the food arrived promptly as they already got our order while waiting. However, it was all incorrect. The food were all mixed up with another table that night. They also forgot to removed the shrimps in one of the orders when we explicitly told them that one of us have allergies to it. The service was also terrible as no one was attending to us after we informed them of the incorrect orders. They took 40 minutes to get back to us.
We paid and left the restaurant disappointed.
Our family hopes that your team will review this incident so that in the future, you will be able to provide great service to your customers.
