Dear sir/ madam, I am Richard Cristal. I have come to know from one of my friends who had been a news editor in the AAC news for 3 years that your news channel is starting a new TV telecast on the St. Xavier’s University, the most trusted education system in our city. So, I am writing this letter to give some recommendations regarding it. I have completed my graduation from Xavier’s last year as I have spent 4years there; consequently I am better acquainted about this place. To make this show engrossing, interrogate pupils and staff members of university about current affairs and ask about the changes they would want to see in our city. I would also like to advise that to make library and science stream the part of this show. The student library is always filled with brainy adolescents who may help you to make your show more interesting by sharing their general knowledge. Moreover, in the science department, you would see students who are coming from the different corners of the town, they know the best about the obstacles they face while reaching the school. I hope these suggestions may help you to make program more gripping. Yours Faithfully, Richard Cristal
