Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the cooling system of your hotel compartment. Recently, I stayed in Islamabad, R9, Main suite, Room 22 Elite, For two nights. Although the food quality and room services were reasonable, the room air conditioner makes it extremely difficult to stay there for two days in your well-reputed hotel.
Let me explain the situation when I checked in the hotel on 21st March 2021, That was so far being the hottest day experienced in the last 6 years. After check-in, I straight went into the room and switched on the air modifier for 30 minutes. However, I realized the a/c was not cooling and the room is ineffective. I inquired about the situation and
I was being told the a/c will be repaired in 30 minutes. Even after patiently waiting 1. 5 hours it was neither repaired nor started chilling. The situation annoyed me, I went to the front desk manager to change my room immediately but he refused by saying if I changed my suit now I have to pay more 2000RS.
I request the operational manager to do a scheduled checkup of electric equipment to avoid any inconvenience to your customers. Also, I urge you to have a stock of coolers in backup for emergency services.
