I am writing to complain about your poor service which I recently had my car repaired in your working place. After only 5 days, I was going to drive which started to go wrong. On 5th of December I visited one of your office because that day my car broke down when I was driving to my house from my work. So, I had to visit to your working place. You said that it had to repair. I decided that I had my car repaired to you. You solved any problems from my car. Then, I paid for you for service and you gave me some advice, I was happy because my car was repaired by you. However, two days ago I was going to drive but it didn't do. I phoned last day but you did not want to repair why I do not know. I would like you to repaired my private car with new items. I expect to service the same type of unit. Otherwise, unfortunately, I will be forced to report this to Customer Service Association responsible for this position. I look forward to receiving a reply. Yours faithfully Iroda
