Dear Sir, I am writing this latter to make a complain about your services which I am facing right now. I have ordered a new cheque book two books ago but still I did not received yet. My account number is 00012345. I came personally to visit your bank on 15 April at 12: 00 noon and met you cleark at desk number 4 where usually people submitted all their application. I also requested to you cleark that, I have to make some payment to my vendor so please let me know once you received my new cheque book I will come and collect it. Please check and let me know when will I get it. This is serious issue I want to know which action you will take against your staff so that no one suffer the same problem.
