Dear Sir/Madam, I am Tom Shalby. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the cold temperature of the showers for the last two months. In fact, I had three colds because of that. Having said to the workers about this matter without any improvement about it, I have decided to write you this email in order to reach a solution. I am afraid that you have to recheck the hot water system. A friend of mine is good at repairing heaters and boilers. I can pass you his telephone number if you need it. The last time I was ill I could not work for three days. It would be nice if you don't charge me the next payment as compensation. I hope that the breakdown can be solved as soon as possible.
