However, this time I am writing to complain about a poor service that I received on 3th March from your car service center. I am really disappointed with the service and I hope you will take prompt action after investigating the letter. A few days ago suddenly my car started some strange noise and in every few hours, it got restarted automatically. In fact, I didn’t pay much attention to this issue until the problem became more frequent. So, I took my car to your car service center on 25 February and your mechanic promised to repair the car in two day or three. However, he took a week to call me and when I brought my car home, after few days car’ engine problem reappeared as usual while I paid $100 to your car service center and waited for one week to have it repaired I am looking forward to solve problem.
