Dear Sir or Madam, Last week, on the 5th March, I was flying from Dubai to London through your airlines under the flight number AB456. On arrival, I waited near the luggage belt for almost an hour to pickup my luggage with no hope. My passport number is YT57386 this might help to ease the reference. The luggage colour from the outside is dark black made from hard plastic material with red leather stripes on the side. The dimension of the suitcase is 70 cm in height, 30 cm in depth and 50 cm in width. Inside the luggage you will not find expensive items however it contains two pairs of jeans and few other clothes and around ten souvenirs from Dubai. I would like to understand from your end what are the possible options to have my baggage back within the next five days as most of my clothes are in it, with no additional cost.
