I hope this letter do not catch you off guard, because it contain some complaint which needs your serious attention. I am currently working as an sales executive for digital marketing company. Due to Covid-19 pandemic we are working remotely from Home until we receive any further update from our company. I am writing this in regards to internet speed problem that I and other neighbor from same street are dealing with from past 2 weeks.
Let me explain you the situation, We were looking for better internet provider from past few month and we got to know about your company from one of our acquaintance. considering the budget and services offered by you telecom company with opted you; Although everything was working seamlessly Until from past 2 weeks the net speed has dropped drastically. We were told that we would be receiving 20mbps per second but it have reduced to 5 mbps, because of which it takes influx amount of time even to upload small file of 2gb. Due to which I have to deal with escalation from my manager. This is embarrassing and affecting my work immensely.
Would you kindly look into this matter at the earliest either by fixing the cable or replacing the Wi-Fi router which is provided by your company.
