Dear Mr. Smith, I am facing an issue in my flat now. Since last week, I found out the bathroom roof is leaking which is getting worst day by day. I am writing to you to ask you for a technician to check the pipes and repairment if it is needed. Last weekend, I had travelled to my hometown to visit my family. When I come back, I heard some strange sounds coming from the bathroom. First, I thought, there is something wrong with the windows but when I got home the next day, I found out that the bathroom floor is thoroughly wet. It was Monday evening that I saw a big hole in the bathroom roof which was leaking. The problem is not the leaking roof only but also the issues that it made for me to use bathroom. It is quite sleepy and I cannot even use the toilet as the water is leaking. I also should clean the floor every an hour and every day I am coming home I have fear of seeing all my stuff floating on the water.
