I am Kelly, I took flight no. 23412 of ABC airline on 31st July, ’21 from Paris to London. I am writing this letter to express my anguish over the unavailability of vegetarian food during my air travel.
I will explain the situation in detail. I had booked ABC flight to fly from Paris to London as I had a business meeting with a client in London. There was not much time between my landing in London and reaching the meeting place, due to this I preferred eating in flight only. At the time of booking, I placed a special request to add a vegetarian meal along with my ticket. When I was in flight, the air hostess announced that they are about to serve the meals. The flight was fully occupied and by the time the air hostess came to my seat, the vegetarian meal was over. When I enquired about the reason for the same, I got the response that there was some mismanagement at the backend due to which this problem has happened. I was completely disappointed with the response and logged a complaint about my experience on the flight as soon as my client meeting in London was over.
Would you kindly ensure whenever the meals are booked online, the arrangements are made accordingly in flight to avoid confusion and causing discomforts to passengers.
