I am Cathy and am a regular customer of your Supermarket. I do get some foods from your store on a regular basis. However, this time I got a Bread pack last week & I am writing in reference to the incident that you need to look into and address on the same. I bought the 4 Bread packs dated 10th May 2021 in advance considering the current situation. However, once I came home, I wanted to prepare some Breakfast using Bread. When I opened it, the condition of the Bread was totally not good. Inspite of the usage date is still for more 7 days, the Bread had got infected with Yeast and the remaining packs was the same. Your store is something I really Love since the service, the products is all the best. But this time the way the pack had come and even my Money had been lost. I kindly request you to look over this condition at the earliest since it is an individual health related issue. I am concluding that, to look over the packs that comes to you when you get the orders in Bulk. Since the condition was Visible, everything was pretty much fine. However, if its other eateries when a person gets and if it affects their health, It would become an issue Sir. Hence, am returning my Bread packs to you and request you to refund the amount or else I can get Other eateries which I love to. I highly recommend you to do Quality checks inspite of the usage date, the condition of the Food is not good. I am attaching the Bill receipt of the same and the condition of the Bread pack too.
