Dear sir, I am writing in the hope that you can help me with a problem regarding cassette player that I recently bought. On may 10 I visited one of your local shops in order to buy a cassette player for my husband. Looking around the shop I encountered exoected items and I asked a sho assistant about it. After getting all information I decided to purchase it. Two days later, my husband said about the problems of the item. When he used the cassette player for the first time, it worked properly and the voice of it was clear, also loud enough. However, when he utilised it the second time there seemed tohave been a mulfuction while it was working. So the sound of it was slow that it was impossible to listen. Furthermore, when he tried listening another, the same thing happened. I would like you to replace the cassette player with well-functioningone. I expect to receive the same type of unit and brand. Otherwise, unfortunetely, I will be forced to report this to customer service Assotiation responsible for this problem. I look forward to receiving a reply. yours faithfully.
