Greetings, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about recent stay at Sheraton Hotel, Markham from May 05th to 8th, 2021. During my stay, I had to face major issues with the Housekeeping and Frond Desk.
When I reached the Desk to check in, I was told that my reservation is been cancelled due to overbooking. After a long discussion with manager on duty, eventually I was given room. Then I found that room is not been cleaned properly, dirty sheets and floor etc. I am very disappointed to with such behavior. I currently hold the optimum level of loyalty program ( Gold Status) still I had to face such problems.
I was recommended your property and that is way I made my reservation, as well as I don’t expect these things from such a prestigious Brand. Due to my negative experience, I am expecting to get my refund for the same stay, as my entire stay was ruined because of a simple missmanagement.
Kindly look into the matter on a urgent basis. I look forward to a positive and early response.
