I am writing this letter to first express my dissatisfaction with a dishwasher which was purchased by my husband from your store four days ago and then to offer the possible compensation for such a predicament.
As we turned on the machine, we unfortunately understood it did not work at all, not even the power lamp. We followed the instructions written in the manual booklet that was in the product box, but we did not find any workable solution for this technical matter.
Then we decided to contact to your shop customer services and ask the after-sales service consultants for assistance. However, although we spoke with four technicians, we did not get any appropriate response.
To ease my mind, I’d like you, the shop manager, to apologize my husband and me for your employee’s unacceptable behavior. Also, please immediately send a professional technician to our place to fix this issue.
