Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter first to express my dissatisfaction with the dish-washer I purchased from your store last week and then to suggest the possible solution for such an inconvenience. Unfortunately, that item has hardly been working properly since it was delivered on September 20th by one of your employees who was responsible for the goods delivery. I strongly believe there is something technically wrong with one of the electric pieces of this machine. As a matter of fact, I must emphasize that I made a phone call to your market, but unfortunately as well as unexpectedly, the person who claimed to be as the supervisor of the kitchen facilities section did not respond my phone call properly, and instead, I was told that nothing could be done to solve my problem with the product, which is extremely disappointing. Owing to these facts, I would appreciate it if your company immediately sent a professional to fix the dish-washer of mine, or you should expect me to demand you to exchange it with a brand new one.
