Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the dish-washer I purchased last week from your store. Unfortunately, that item has been never working since it was delivered by your employees which was September 20th. I believe there is something wrong with one of the electric piece of it. As a matter of fact, although I had made a phone call to your market, the person who claimed to be the supervisor of the kitchen facilities section did not answer my call properly, and I was told nothing can be done for me and my problem with your product which is extremely disappointing. Owing to those facts, I demand you and your company to send a professional to fix the dish-washer of mine immediately or exchange it with a brand new one. I am waiting for your response.
