I am writing to inform you that recently I bought a Sony Mixer Blender from your store-The Gadget Factory, located in Paradise Mall on M. G. Road. I was quite impressed with the demo given by one of your salesmen but now I regret my decision as the mixer blender has stopped working. I tried calling and reporting this incident to your salesman John Harper and was assured that the product would be replaced as it is in warranty. But It has been more than four weeks and till now, no action has been taken. I think this is highly inappropriate and does reflect bad customer service behaviour. I am a regular customer at your store but have never experienced such poor after-sales service ever. And being a loyal customer, it's my duty to share my honest feedback and I won't shy away from mentioning that I am dissatisfied with the service.
