I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction with Jacket I bought from your store. The jacket is ripped from the back, and when I visited the store to get a replacement, they denied doing it.
I bought the jacket for a family function next week. I was trying to see how I will look on that day by wearing my new outfit. But when I wore the Jacket, I found it was not stitched properly from the backside. It looks weird from that area.
I went to the store from where I purchased it to get it replaced with a new one. But unfortunately, the cashier told me, the store does not have any replacement policies. I completely understood that and requested for a repair to the unstitched part. But again, they said it is not possible to proceed with the following request.
I would appreciate it if you could look into the matter at your earliest convenience and help me to get a replacement / repair/ possible discount. If you need further information, please feel free to contact me.
