I am writing this letter to express my concern about the missing part of the product I purchased from your outlet located in Dubai.
I visited Dubai two days back and I bought a Samsung camera in black colour from your city center branch. It’s model is S21 ultra 5G. I remember, it cost me around $120 and I paid through my Master Visa card.
Moreover, when I reached my destination and opened the box to use it, I was surprised to see that the camera charger was missing from the container. Now I am unable to use it for my business trip for which I specially bought it.
Furthermore, I am no longer in dubai and can not receive the missing item. I want your customer service department to reach me as soon as possible along with the charger. It happened because of your staff’s negligence, they should have checked the box before selling me.
