Dear sir or madam, I’m writing this letter to draw your attention regarding my voluntary teaching work which I have been doing since last 5 years at your charity ‘Hope Not Out’. I currently teach underprivileged children in your school unfortunately, I would not be able to continue any more due to my other commitments. I started a new job and i need to relocate to Perth next week on permanent basis. As a result, it is not possible for me to come every week in Melbourne for community work. Finally I recommend one of my friend John, he currently active in different welfare work. He has expressed his interest to volunteer and I believe he will be the good addition in your team. It was a good experience to work with you and I can’t thank enough to provide me noble opportunity to serve. I’m looking forward to work with your organisation in the future. Yours faithfully, Syed
